Gift baskets are photographed without shrink wrap or cellophane to better show gift contents. All gift baskets (except Stacked Tower Boxes) are shrink wrapped/enclosed in cellophane, and tied with a tasteful coordinating bow. Each design includes an enclosure tag with your personal specified message.

Stacked Tower Boxes are tied with a beautiful cloth ribbon and bow, and also include an enclosed tag with your personal message.

Product Substitutions
Occasionally product availability may necessitate component substitution. To insure prompt delivery we reserve the right to substitute components. Be assured, substutions will always be of equal or greater value.

For gifts being shipped during the warm Texas months we make substitutions for heat perishable items.

We accept personal and company checks. Please allow additional time for your check to clear before your order is shipped or hand delivered.
Please note there will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

Large Orders
Please allow up to three weeks for large orders. To insure your basket contains the freshest quality components, some items may need to be ordered.

A 50% deposit may be required for large orders.

Local Sales Tax
The State of Texas requires we collect sales tax and local city tax. All orders shipped or delivered to a Texas address will be charged state and local taxes.

Refunds/Exchanges
Every Gift Basket assembled by Fat Cat Gift Baskets© is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Any unused, packaged product found to be defective at the time of purchase may be exchanged for an equivalent item within 7 days. Any exchanges must be approved in advance of shipping, so please e-mail us prior to shipping items back.
All sales are final; exchanges will be made for damaged items. Please notify Fat Cat Gift Baskets as soon as possible about damages. Please save the shipping container(s) and packaging until the claim is resolved.

Holiday Orders
Be sure to place your orders early during Busy Holiday seasons to insure availability of all your favorite designs.
